合规经理（量化交易）

岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

• 负责制定和执行公司合规管理策略，确保公司业务符合监管要求。

Responsible for developing and implementing compliance management strategies for the firm, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• 监控市场动态和风险指标，针对量化交易行业特点提出风险控制方案和改进建议。

Monitor market dynamics and risk indicators, conducting risk assessments and suggestions for improvement to the firm.

• 审核和评估投资产品和交易策略的合规性，确保遵守相关法律和监管政策。

Review and assess the compliance of investment products and trading strategies, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulatory policies.

• 建立和维护与交易所和监管机构的沟通渠道，定期报告合规状况和风险管理结果。

Establish and maintain communication channels with Exchanges and regulatory authorities, regularly reporting on compliance status and risk management outcomes.

• 与各部门协作，确保业务流程和产品设计符合合规要求。

Collaborate with various departments to ensure business processes and product designs meet compliance requirements.

• 公司各类法律支持，包括但不限于合同审核，材料合规性的适当性管理等。

Legal support to contracts, materials, etc.

• 定期向管理层报告合规和风险管理的情况，提供决策支持。

Regularly report to the management on compliance and risk management status, providing decision-making support.

任职要求:

Qualifications:

• 法律相关专业本科及以上学历，持有相关行业资格证书优先。

          Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field, with relevant industry qualifications preferred.

• 具有五年以上相关行业合规管理经验或法律相关经验。

          Over five years of related experience in compliance or legal.

• 熟悉期货和量化交易的运作、产品特性及相关法规政策。

          Familiar with the operations, product characteristics, and relevant laws and policies of futures and Quantitative Trading.

• 具备良好的判断力、分析能力和决策能力。

          Good judgment, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

• 出色的中文沟通和书面表达能力

Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese

• 具有高度的职业道德和保密意识，能够处理敏感信息。

High professional ethics and confidentiality awareness, able to handle sensitive information.
